The Entry Forms....

We have a number of forms that require completion and returning to the appropriate bodies, along with guidance notes for a safe carnival.

It is important that in line with current trends on Health and Safety we must be seen to be actively promoting a safe environment for all who, not only, take part in the carnival but come to watch and join in.

Therefore, if you wish to order a stall or enter a float at the carnival it is imperative that you download these documents and complete or peruse as necessary. If you cannot do that yourself then contact the committee and paper copies can be provided for you.

Finally, the Carnival Committee would like to make it plain to all that we reserve the right to refuse entry or admission and/or subsequently enter into dialogue either verbal or written if deemed necessary.

This is not to be awkward....but if your not happy with how it is run perhaps you would like to attend the committee meetings to state your case prior to next years Carnival? Constructive criticism is always welcome!
