This was the first ever Multipla Owners Club event held at the Auto Italia 2006 Concours at Stanford Hall on 11th June. Thank you to Phil Ward of Auto Italia Magazine for letting us join in at late notice. Unfortunately this event was not advertised early enough to attract Club members but we did managed to attract a few passing cars to the stand. Welcome to the Club to all the Multipla Owners who joined us.
Despite the hot weather and constant sunshine we did manage to enjoy the day! As for the other attractions at the concours there were Ferrari’s, Lamborghini's, Maserati's, Alfa Romeo's, and Lancia’s and of course Fiat's on display. Our Multipla presence may have been small but we did attract a lot of attention. Especially from Italian car owners who's families are growing and therefore the Alfa or Punto would have to be traded in for something a little larger! We look forward to these families joining the Multipla Owners Club and contributing their experiences on the Forum soon. Thank you also to the model collector who proudly shared his original 1950's Fiat 600 Multipla model with us.
